1. What are the terms of payment? 
We usually do T/T 30% deposit and the remaining balance should be paid before shipment. We will also provide other legitimate terms of payment if you have reasonable requests.

3. How do we maintain the product quality?
We have a professional QC team, they will conduct a systematic examination before shipment. All the inflatables we produce are committed to be tested for at least 24 hours, to ensure the quality.

 
1. For the safety concern, playing with inflatables when they are being inflated less than 15mins, which is not allowed. Also,stop playing if you notice that the toys are damagedor leaked.
 
2. In order to avoid potential harms and losses, please check and remove all the sharp objects that might crack the material before playing with them.
 
3. Keep an eye on your kids when they are playing with inflatables, adult supervision is highly recommended.
 
4. To avoid the damage and instability that overload might cause, the maximum operating time of air blower should not be longer than 10 hours.
